The diamond gem of the RiffRaff Arts Collective is this turn of the century ballroom which has been restored into a magnificent venue for live performance. With deep purple walls, French pressed tin celings and hardwood floors, the beauty of this structure truly shines. Comfortable couches make for a living room feel, and the 14 x 40 ft. stage complete with sound and lighting is a treat for artists to perform on and a feast for the audience's senses.

Every Monday night from 7-11pm is OPEN STAGE night in the Room Upstairs. Poets, musicians, dancers and thespians perform while others doodle on our giant white sheet of paper or just relax and enjoy the music. We provide complimentary coffee & snacks. We ask for a $3 donation at the door, or $2 if you're performing. This helps us defray operational costs for the Room.

Live Performance Weekends in the Room Upstairs are always a blast. A diverse programming schedule has included everything from progressive Mid-Eastern music to jazz to bluegrass. Dance performances and Art shows are also featured.

The room also plays host to a variety of performing arts classes, groups and workshops.

*The Room is available on a limited basis for rent for rehearsal space. Teachers of dance, yoga or any art form are welcome to inquire about the possibility of using this space for classes.
